Very Good! I tried this recipe and it came out really good. I made bite size pieces of the boneless chicken thighs and marinated it in the Step 1 mix for several hours. I skewered the chicken pieces after dipping them in eggs and then bread crumbs. I placed the skewered chicken over a disposable tray and cooked it in the oven at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit for about 27 minutes and broiled it for 4 minutes to give it a barbeque flavor and look. I served it with some freshly squeezed lime juice and onion salad. I will be definitely making this dish again. Thank you!

it is a good recipe but the taste of besan stays even after baking. I think we should omit that. The breadcrumbs give a great crispy feel

Ya same question killing me. C'mon Kirti part with your secret. Is it bread or bread crumbs?

Do you mean Bread Crumbs when you say Crushed Bread? Thank you.
