Hi Ruchi,Seems astha is busy..i tried the recipe..it looked a bit creamy soi omitted the cream n sauted with a lil onion,garlic n ginger..for that indian taste..n of course as ud asked i used KASURI METHI ..2 tbsps did the trick instead of methi...it turned out pretty well..thx astha for the recipe..happy cooking!!

Hi Ruchi, I tink astha is busy..was planning to try the recipe but it seemed too creamy so juz omitted the creme n put only a little kaju paste..n ya i used an onion n a lil garlic n ginger too...n off course no methi juz KASURI METHI as ud asked for 2 table spns of it didi the trick...the paneer turned out well..thx ruchi for the recipe..happy cooking!!
