Without frying onions gingergarlic paste it can give fresh smell After frying every masala canbe added so that it taste well

hi safira, thanks for trying my recipe. dalia dal is roasted dal. In urdu it is known as phutanaa, in tamil, pottukadalai or odachakadalai. It adds thickness to the gravy. If it is not available, just u can omit it.
