American Chopsuey

Crispy noodles with delighful sauce

So far I have found American chopsuey served in only Indian restaurants but not in America. I wonder where the name comes from. Anyway for those of you who love this dish, here is the preparation.

I think this receipe is very easy to make and most of the ingrediaents are available at home....its a must try at home....

Dear Mamata and Devika I am also veg. Just exlude chicken and replace chicken stock with either veg sock or water.

Hi Rajiv Anand , American Chopsuey is a very good recipe. i think the name 'chopsuey' is chinese.

its a very delicious recipe which can be prepared very easily in a short time. the gravy tastes even more delicious with rice. try it.

i have tried this recepie with baking the noodels instead of frying . tastes great .just add a sprinkle of oil and place noodles in circles on a cookie sheet after boiling and rinsing them in cold water
