Your recipe looks interesting,anyway i have a suggestion to make...the paneer if shallow fried in butter before adding to the gravy will enhance the taste of this dish.What do you say??

hi, jeera is "cumin seeds" actually. By griniding cumin seeds you will get jeera powder. This dish will smell great if we roast cumin seeds before grinding them.

this is reply to ajay16 from Mauritius the word jeera powder means cumin seed powder which is available at any super market. or alternatively u bring the cumin seed and grind it into fine powder and bottled it and use whenever needed.

Hi everyone! I'm from mauritius so if someone cool please translate the 'jeera' powder because maybe in mauritius its name is different and yes the food is extremely delicious. I can guarantee that... Lots of thanks in advance.
