Mung Dal Chila

Chila is a north indian variation of Dosa except that this does not require fermentation. For a yummy breakfast, you can soak the rice and dal overnight.

I tried them , my husband loved them. Thanks Zahabia. I also added some finely chopped onion it added to the taste.

Hi! Zahabia, pls tell me do we need to keep the batter aside for some time so that it flumes up like dosa or immediately cook after grinding?
