as a substitute of citric acid what quantity of lemon juice must be used for preparing dhokla

Usually, for the amount of dhokla that can be obtained by using 1cup of chic-pea flour in the preparation, requires 1 tsp of lime juice to add in the batter + 1.5 tb spoons of Lime juice to use in Tadka or tempering [alongwith other required ingredients]. Cheers.
