To make plain one - add some salt to ur dough of chapaties. Now make thin chapaties,not necesaray to cook it thourghly.(lightly cook from both sides) Allow it to cool.Now take chapati one by one,put it on tava on a low flame,with the help of thick cloth press it and at the same time keep moving in circular motion , when it is light pink turn and repeat the same. Let it cool before serving. You can add cumin seeds,red chilly pwd. turmaric, methi leaves etc in to the dough to make different variety.
