hi i really really need a good n vegetarian substitute for china grass....i cant find it in the market...:( Plz Help

Hold on a second, isn't china grass (if you meant Agar-agar) already vegetarian? It is extracted from a seaweed. In fact Gelatin is not derived from vegetarian sources but from bones.

if u r making sweet dish try geletin or custurd powder (puddding) or for any other try cornflour or maida

Why dont you try making with the cornflour or cornstarch?
