Egg bhajji

Bhajji made of rice powder and maida

It is something different. Usually bajjis are made in besan. But this bajji is made in a mixture of rice powder and maida.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    4 boiled eggs 1 cup rice powder 1/2 cup maida 1 onion 3 green chillies few corriander leaves.

    Directions

    1. Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces(1 egg into 12 pcs.) and keep aside.
    2. Then make a batter of rice powder and maida with appropriate water and add salt to taste.
    3. Cut onion and green chillies into small pieces and mix it with the batter.
    4. Then add finely cut corriander leaves to it.
    5. Take each piece of the egg, dip it in the batter and deep fry it. This batter gives a coating to the egg.
    6. Fry all the pieces and serve hot with tomato sauce.
